My background and roles has spanned account management, digital marketing, strategy, project management, technology enablement and being an entrepreneur.
I’m fortunate to be granted the opportunity to speak at a variety of the world’s top agencies and conferences: Social Media Explorer, SocialMedia.org, Social Media Marketing World, Idea Festival, PR Daily / Ragan Communications, Social Media Success Summit and a variety of other industry events.
I love the outdoors, music, sports, a good bourbon, scotch or craft beer, great food, quotes, travel and learning something new each day. My passion has always been around creation, digital and tech… in every shape, size and form.

Develop and implement digital strategies to connect and integrate Humana’s products and services into social platforms, aligning with our brand positioning, business and digital objectives. Responsible for socializing and championing the Humana Social Media strategy across the enterprise. As a social media strategist, I also work closely with our business partners and corporate / government relations teams to implement social media tactics and strategies.

Oversee and manage day-to-day deliverables, new client/product implementations, system release management, and ongoing client retention. Managed clients with FSA, LFSA, HSA, COBRA, Commuter, & Debit Card products.

Wrote, revised and verified quality procedures and test plans to ensure continuous improvement across the entire Federal Government team, accounting for over 200,000 participants.

Developed technical specifications for design/implementation and completed requests and enhancements based on client-specific requirements. Analyzed problems and developed solutions using structured system analysis methodologies. Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of detailed implementation plans to ensure business readiness.
May 2003 - Sept 2004
Provided technical support for flexible spending accounts to government clients, including the CIA, NSA, U.S. Senate, and National Finance Center. Managed billing, error resolution, and payments for 35,000 participants, and accountable for $2.9 million in funds per bi-weekly pay period.
2001 - 2003
Worked extensively with engineers and suppliers to beat current or expected prices on stamped metal parts through e-Bid, e-RFQ, and negotiations. Met program deadlines, managed supplier load/capacity, and served as liaison among program managers, engineers, and buyers.

Louisville.com has been providing local content to an online audience since 1996. Over time, Louisville.com has evolved into a dominant destination site. While the “dot com bubble burst” forced many online companies out of business, premium city domains such as Louisville.com not only weathered the storm, but thrived.
