Provided technical support for flexible spending accounts to government clients, including the CIA, NSA, U.S. Senate, and National Finance Center. Managed billing, error resolution, and payments for 35,000 participants, and accountable for $2.9 million in funds per bi-weekly pay period.

Worked extensively with engineers and suppliers to beat current or expected prices on stamped metal parts through e-Bid, e-RFQ, and negotiations. Met program deadlines, managed supplier load/capacity, and served as liaison among program managers, engineers, and buyers.
