He created a very positive work environment at AIP where the team-members were not afraid to speak their minds. He is a live example of diversity and inclusion and provided equal growth opportunities to all his team-members. Lewis is also a great motivator, keeping everyone focused on what needs to be achieved.
During our years working together at Humana, Lewis continues to get better and better, and his expertise and impact continue to make those of us around him better.
