Company culture is NOT, solely an HR function, a ping pong table, a PR stunt, leadership dictating top-down, information hoarding, a sea of sameness, finger-pointing, hiding problems or turning your head to questionable ethical behaviors. Culture, purpose, and strategy are symbiotic, underpinned by trust, transparency, and empowerment. How we treat one another and the interactions and emotions we feel can help articulate a company's culture. I have a deep appreciation, passion, and understanding of culture and people and the great potential when brought into harmony.
